Return and Exchange Process
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions.
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
- It must be sent with its original packaging, labels, and any gift items.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for some used or opened products.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
*YUE Concept Insurance: We are 100% responsible for your shipment until it reaches you. In case of broken or damaged deliveries, we offer unconditional, immediate replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Process
- You can initiate your return request by sending an email to info@yueconcept.com.
- You will be provided with a return shipping code as soon as possible.
- You must send the return shipment via Yurtiçi Kargo.
- The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected, and the refund will be processed via your payment method within 3-4 days.
It may take a few days for the refunded amount to reflect on your card, depending on your bank.
Exchange Process
For product exchange requests, the existing product is first returned, and then the new product is sent. Exchange cannot be guaranteed depending on stock availability.
