Return and Exchange Process

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions.

You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • It must be sent with its original packaging, labels and gift items, if any.

  • For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for some used or opened products.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

Return Shipping Process

  • You can initiate your return request by sending an e-mail to info@yueconcept.com .

  • A return shipping code will be shared with you as soon as possible.

  • You must send the return shipment via Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked and a refund will be made via your payment method within 3-4 days.
It may take a few days for the refunded amount to be reflected on your card, depending on your bank.

Exchange Process
If you request a product exchange, the existing product will be returned first, and then the new product will be shipped. Depending on stock availability, an exchange may not be guaranteed.
