Shipping Process and Delivery Information

• Your orders will be prepared as quickly as possible and delivered to you safely. All our shipments reach every corner of Türkiye.
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed and delivered to cargo on the next business day.
• Orders placed on Friday may be delivered on Monday due to limited weekend working hours.

Cargo Company

• We work with HepsiJET for shipments within Türkiye, and unless there is a delay in the shipping process due to force majeure, we deliver your packages to your address within 1-3 business days, depending on your city.
• Your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS when your order is shipped.

Preparation and Delivery Time

• Your orders will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 1–2 business days.
• This time may vary during special production or busy periods.
  

Shipping Fee

• You won't pay shipping fees for all domestic purchases of 1000 TL or more from Yueconcept.com. If your order is under 1000 TL, a 60 TL shipping fee will be added to the order amount.
  

Delivery Information

• We kindly ask you to check the package when you receive your order.
• If you detect a damaged or missing product, we recommend that you have the cargo officer draw up a report and contact us.
• If the address information you provide when ordering is incorrect, the delivery time of the cargo may be affected.

Delivery Times

• Cargo companies make deliveries during business hours on weekdays and Saturdays. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only offer domestic deliveries. We are working on international shipping.
