1. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. This time may vary during promotional periods.

2. How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for orders of 1000 TL or more. For orders under 1000 TL, the flat shipping fee is 60 TL .

3. Which cargo company do you work with?
Our shipments are made through HepsiJET , with whom we have an agreement.

4. My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please inspect the product upon delivery. In case of damage, please file a shipping report and contact us. We will provide a solution as soon as possible.

5. How does the return and exchange process work?
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For detailed information, please see our Returns and Exchange Policy page.

6. Are your products original?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We source our products from reliable and official suppliers in Turkey. Additionally, some of our collections are produced under our own brand, using organic ingredients , to high quality standards, and in an environmentally friendly manner. Every product undergoes quality control processes and is delivered to you safely.

7. How is my invoice sent?
Your invoice will be sent digitally to your email address. It can also be physically attached to your order.

8. What should I do if I have problems placing an order?

9.Can I change the address after placing the order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help you update your address information. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@yueconcept.com.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer/EFT. The information you use during payment is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate.

11. Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, our brand embraces an environmentally conscious production approach. We use natural and organic raw materials in our own products and prefer recyclable packaging. Sustainability is not just a choice for us; it's a responsibility.
