CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

YUE Concept ("Company"), acting as data controller, will process your personal data as described below within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL").

  • To request notification of the operations carried out to third parties to whom it has been transferred
  • To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

6. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for the relevant legal periods or as long as the processing purpose remains valid. Upon expiry of this period, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
