Distance Sales Agreement

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement has been established electronically between the BUYER and SELLER, whose information is provided below, within the framework of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The BUYER is defined based on the information provided during the order. This information is recorded in the system with the order confirmation.

3. SUBJECT

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.yueconcept.com.tr, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The product(s) ordered by the BUYER are clearly stated in the system during order confirmation, and the product name, quantity, sales price, and shipping fee have been presented to the BUYER with the order summary.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • By confirming the order, the BUYER accepts that they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the product, its sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal.
  • After the order is confirmed, the SELLER is obliged to deliver the product(s) to the cargo within the legal period (maximum 30 days).
  • The SELLER may not be able to supply a product that is out of stock, provided that they notify the BUYER. In this case, the product price will be refunded.
  • Product delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER.
  • The SELLER is not responsible for problems arising from the inability of the cargo company to deliver.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be sent to info@[siteadı].com.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.
  • The shipping fee for the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal is covered by the [SELLER / BUYER].
  • The refund process will be completed within 14 days at the latest from the date the product reaches the SELLER.

7. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

  • Products made to order
  • Products that spoil quickly or have an expired shelf life
  • Products that are not suitable for hygiene (used candles, opened cosmetic products, etc.)

8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes that may arise between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE

This agreement becomes effective upon the BUYER's electronic approval. Completion of the order means that all provisions of this agreement have been accepted by the BUYER.
