Haze Glass Vase

Haze is born from a story of transformation that reveals the hidden layers within nature. The marble base of this vase is crafted as a single block and then separated by the masters' controlled breaking technique; the veins that emerge on the surface reveal a different world hidden within the stone for years. While some of the textures are smooth, the raw, unique textures that form on the fractured surface deepen the marble's character. Each piece embodies nature's never-repeating geometry.

Rising above this natural form, the hand-blown glass is as clear as light filtering through the morning mist. When the color gradients within the glass meet the veins in the fractured surface of the marble, the vase virtually combines two distinct natural elements into a single composition:
The raw and the processed, the hard and the fluid, the heavy and the light.
